IATA Dangerous Goods Awareness Course.
Who Should Attend?
Cargo Agents, Airlines, Ground Handling Agent, Chemical Manufacturers
and all Shippers who handle, store and load hazardous materials in warehouses,
logistical areas, stores and airline cargo holds(belly and container).
How Will This Course Be Taught:
Lectures, Discussion, Q&A, Video/Slides, Exercises (Written and Practical) and Open Book Examination.
Objectives:
At the end of this course you are expected to know and understand the different hazard types, package markings and labeling and be able to identify general cargo for hidden DG as well as:

There are two main locations:

Townshend Building 54 Maude Road.
(1st Way) Get down from bus number 130 at Kitchener Rd. and walk into Townshend Rd.
(2nd) Get down from bus number
23, 64, 65, 66, 66A, 67, 67w, 130, 139, 147, 857. Then walk into Kitchener Rd. then make a left into Townshend Rd.
(3rd Way) You can also take a walk from the nearby MRT stations, Lavender MRT station and Farrer Park MRT station.
